Our Everyday Teen Brief can absorb up to 40ml of liquid, that’s about 8 regular pads or tampons’ worth  giving you all day and overnight protection. We recommend changing at least every 10 hours to prevent leaks and discomfort.

Can I wear it overnight?

Yes! It’s designed for all day comfort and overnight confidence, even on your heaviest flow days.

Do I need to wear a pad or tampon with it?

Nope! It’s fully leakproof on its own, thanks to 4 protective layers that keep you dry, fresh, and odor-free. But if it’s your first time, you can pair it with a liner for extra peace of mind.

How do I wash my period underwear?

Super simple!
 -Rinse in cold water after wearing.
