Hi! I’m Maureen — a mom of two curious, energetic young girls who keep me on my toes and remind me daily why I started Cheeki.
A few years ago, while visiting my sister in England, I discovered period underwear — a game-changing alternative to traditional pads and tampons. I was amazed by the concept, but as I started exploring different brands, I realized that many options still didn’t check all the boxes: they weren’t always comfortable, didn’t always feel secure, and often seemed designed as “backups” rather than true solutions.
So, I set out to change that.
