Find Your Size
Women’s Size Guide
How To Choose Your Size
We believe underwear should fit your body — not the other way around.
- If you’re usually a US 2–4, start with Small
- If you’re usually a US 6–8, start with Medium
- If you’re usually a US 10–12, start with Large
- If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for extra comfort
Period Day Fit Tips
- Light days or everyday wear: Stick with your usual size.
- Heavy flow, bloating, or overnight wear: Consider sizing up for a little extra room.
- Prefer a snug, secure fit? Stay true to size.
- Prefer a relaxed, comfy feel? Size up.
If comfort is your priority (and it usually is), sizing up is always a safe choice.
Teen Size Guide
Finding your size shouldn’t be stressful — we’ve got you. Teen sizing is based primarily on hip measurement, as this gives the most accurate and comfortable fit for period underwear. If your teen is between sizes or prefers a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
