Size Guide
Finding your perfect fit should feel easy — and comfort always comes first.
We believe underwear should fit your body — not the other way around. Go by your usual size, and if you’re between sizes, sizing up is always a safe choice for comfort.

How to choose your size
- Measure around the fullest part of your hips and match your number to the chart above — hip is the most accurate guide.
- Not sure of your measurement? Use your usual US pant or dress size as a starting point.
- If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for extra comfort.
Period day fit tips
- Light days or everyday wear: stick with your usual size.
- Heavy flow, bloating, or overnight wear: consider sizing up for a little extra room.
- Prefer a snug, secure fit? Stay true to size.
- Prefer a relaxed, comfy feel? Size up.
If comfort is your priority (and it usually is), sizing up is always a safe choice.
Finding your size shouldn’t be stressful — we’ve got you. Teen sizing is based primarily on hip measurement, as that gives the most accurate, comfortable fit for period underwear. If your teen is between sizes or prefers a relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
