Find your fit

Size Guide

Finding your perfect fit should feel easy — and comfort always comes first.

Finding her size shouldn’t be stressful — we’ve got you. Teen sizing goes by hip measurement, which gives the most accurate, comfortable fit for period underwear. If she’s between sizes or prefers a relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

How to choose her size

Every body is different — and that’s completely normal.

  • Measure around the fullest part of the hips and match to the chart — this gives the most accurate, comfortable fit.
  • No tape measure handy? Use her usual pant size as a starting point — kids’ sizes for our smaller fits, adult sizes for L and XL.
  • If she’s between sizes or prefers a relaxed fit, size up for comfort.

Teen period fit tips

  • Light days or everyday wear: stick with her usual size.
  • Heavy flow, bloating, or overnight wear: consider sizing up for a little extra room.
  • Prefer a snug, secure fit? Stay true to size.
  • Prefer a relaxed, comfy feel? Size up.

Remember: bodies can change day to day — choosing comfort is always the right choice.

Then match your absorbency
