Cheeki Wear Returns & Refund Policy

At Cheeki Wear, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. Period underwear is personal, so we’ve created a fair, flexible policy that lets you try us risk‑free—while keeping things safe and hygienic for everyone.

First-Time Customers: 30‑Day Risk‑Free Trial

If this is your first order with Cheeki Wear, you may open and try one (1) item only (any size, style, or category).

If you’re not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, you may choose to:

  • Receive a full refund for that one opened item, or

  • Exchange it for a different size

📦 Return postage is your responsibility, but we’ll cover the cost of sending your exchanged item back to you.

Refund Eligibility

Opened Items

  • One opened item (first-time customers only): Eligible for a refund under the 30‑day trial

  • Additional opened items: Not refundable; eligible for size exchange or store credit only

Unopened Items

  • Unopened items in original packaging: Eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days

Faulty Items

  • Items with a manufacturing fault are eligible for a free replacement within 6 months of purchase

Sale & Promotional Items

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions (including Black Friday and site‑wide promotions) are final sale and not refundable or exchangeable

Exchange Policy

You may exchange:

  • One opened item under the trial policy, and

  • Any unopened items returned within 30 days

Important:

  • Exchanges must be for the same style

  • If you wish to change styles, please return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order

Period Kits & Multipacks

For kits, bundles, or multipacks:

  • You may open one (1) pair only, regardless of size or style

  • All remaining pairs must be unopened and in original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange

Returns & Postage

  • All returns must be initiated and sent back within 30 days of delivery

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs and should retain proof of postage

  • Refunds and exchanges are processed once items are received and inspected at our warehouse
