At Cheeki, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your period underwear. Because we understand that finding the perfect fit and absorbency level can take trying them for yourself, we offer a First Pair Comfort Guarantee.
First Pair Comfort Guarantee
If you’re trying our period underwear for the first time and you’re not completely satisfied with the fit, comfort, or absorbency, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll refund the cost of your first pair.
To qualify:
- Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The guarantee is limited to one worn pair per customer.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Returns of Unworn Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, worn intimate apparel cannot be returned unless covered under our First Pair Comfort Guarantee.
Unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To qualify:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Original tags and packaging must be included.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with the order.
Bundle & Multi-Pack Purchases
If you purchase a bundle or multi-pack, only one worn pair is eligible under our First Pair Comfort Guarantee. Any remaining items must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for a return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photos of the product to help us resolve the issue quickly. Eligible items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Worn products not covered by the First Pair Comfort Guarantee
- Products damaged through normal wear, misuse, or improper care
How to Start a Return
To begin a return or request a refund under our Comfort Guarantee, email us with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
