Is this for bladder leaks or periods?
Bladder leaks. This range is made for the light to moderate everyday leaks that come with a sneeze, a cough, a laugh, exercise or a sudden urge. (We also make period underwear, but that's a separate range.)
How much does it hold?
The Laci Heavy holds about 10 teaspoons (50ml). The Laci Medium and Hi-Rise Seamless hold about 6 teaspoons (30ml) each. If your leaks are heavier than that, or you need overnight protection, speak to us before ordering and we'll help you choose.
Will anyone be able to tell I'm wearing it?
No. There's no bulk and no crinkle, and it looks like regular underwear. For close-fitting clothes, choose the Hi-Rise Seamless: it has no seams and no lace edge, so it leaves no line.
Which pair should I wear when?
Most women wear the Hi-Rise Seamless or Laci Medium on ordinary days, and save the Laci Heavy for long days out, travel and overnight. After a week you'll know which suits your routine.
What size should I order?
Your usual size. Sizes run X-Small to X-Large. If you're between sizes, check the size notes next to the size picker.
How many pairs do I need?
Three is the easy place to start: one to wear, one in the wash and one spare. Most women build up to five so they can stop buying disposables completely.
How do I wash them?
Rinse in cold water until it runs clear, then machine wash cold in the wash bag and hang to dry. Skip bleach and fabric softener, which reduce absorbency.
